2. What are perfect fit blinds?

Perfect fit blinds do exactly what they say on the tin! They are made using the exact measurements on the glass frame of your window pane and so sit perfectly within the fame of uPVC windows. Perfect fit blinds cover the window entirely so create a fuss-free and sleek look. Perfect fit blinds are especially effective as patio or French door blinds because they are tucked away and so will not suffer damage when the door is in use.

3. What are perforated blinds?

Perforated blinds are made from aluminium, an easy-to-clean and sturdy material that can withstand high humidity, making them the perfect option for kitchens and bathrooms. Each slat has small and spherical holes in it so, when closed, they still allow a small amount of light exposure to the room. This makes them a great choice when you need to expose the room to light yet maintain a good level of privacy.

4. Do you sell waterproof blinds?

All of our Venetian blinds are made from aluminium which is wipe clean and not easily stained making them perfect for kitchens and bathrooms where splashes and steam are most likely! Our range of roller blinds is also made from wipe-clean material, helping you to keep your blinds looking fresh, clean and tidy.

5. How accurate are your product images?

Our product images are only representative of the true colour of our blinds. Colours may vary between devices and screens so, if you’re unsure of whether the colour you’re looking for will match, we offer free samples so that you can be sure about the blind you’re ordering.

6. How do I know what the product will look like in my home?

If, after browsing through our website, you’re still not sure whether the blind will suit your home and decor, why not order a free sample? We’ll let you order as many samples as you like so that you can try the colour and fabric out against your furnishings and home decor.

7. I’m not sure what type of blind to choose, can you help? 

Our expert team is always happy to help you choose blinds for your home. Blinds can completely transform the look and feel of your home so we know how important it is to get it right the first time. When choosing blinds you will need to think about a range of factors including your colour scheme and furniture, how much control over light and privacy you’re looking for. 8. Are your blinds made here in the UK? 

Yes, all of our blinds are made to measure and manufactured in our factory in Nottinghamshire.

9. Are your blinds child-safe? 

Yes, all of our blinds are fitted with child safety devices so you can be assured that your children will be safe in your home after installing our blinds. We know how important your family’s safety is and it’s just as important to us. All of our blinds are manufactured to meet current standards and we continuously develop products to ensure that they’re as safe as possible.

10. Are your blinds flame retardant? 

Yes, our full range of roller blinds is fire rated which means that they’re not only stylish but they will also keep your family safe. They’re ideal for any room where they might be exposed to an open flame such as the kitchen or if you have candles or an open fire in the living room. Our fire proof blinds are made with a protective material to prevent flames from spreading too quickly, giving chance to contain the fire before it spreads even further. 11. How much are your blinds?

Each and every single one of our blinds is made to measure so all of our pricing is based on your measurements so we will need this information before we can provide an accurate figure. However, with our lowest price guarantee, if you can find an equivalent product elsewhere at a lower price, we’ll match it.

12. Do you offer free samples?

Yes, we do. We offer free samples in every colour you see on the website, in Venetian, Roller and Vertical.

13. How do I order a free sample?

You can request a free sample of your chosen blind on the specific blind’s page. Just click the order free sample button to add it to your basket. Alternatively, you can contact us here or call 0800 6127 685.

14. Do you take payment via PayPal?

Yes, payment can be taken via PayPal.

15. Do you offer a deposit service?

No, unfortunately we are unable to offer a deposit service.

Fitting and Installation
16. Do you offer a measuring and fitting service?

No, we do not offer a measuring and fitting service but our expert sales team are on hand via email or over the phone to guide you through measuring and fitting your blinds. Alternatively, take a look at our measuring and fitting guides for more information.

17. What is the difference between a recess and an exact fitting?

Recess blinds fit inside the window recess. We will make all of the adjustments for you and your blind will be made to fit inside the recess. These blinds are around the same size as the window and fill the entire window area.

Exact blinds hang outside of the recess. These blinds are usually attached to the wall above the window and so cover the window as well as part of the wall on both sides of the recess.

18. How do I clean my blind?

19. How do I clean my blind?

All of our blinds are made with materials that are easily wiped clean to help you keep them looking their best. We know how important blinds are to the overall look of your home so our blinds are stain and waterproof.

Delivery

20. Do you deliver to locations outside the UK? 

If you require delivery outside the UK mainland, please contact us on our enquiry line or via email before placing your order. If additional delivery charges apply you will be notified before placing your order. Delivery to these locations will only be made through an agreement with you and we will make you aware that extra delivery charges may be applicable.

21. How quickly will I get my order?

As all of our blinds are made to measure, you’ll have to factor in time for us to make and perfect your blind before it’s despatched. Once handed over to our couriers our expected lead time is 3 to 5 working days.

Refunds and Replacements
22. My blinds arrived damaged, can I get a replacement?

If your blinds arrive defective or a defect arises within the first 12 months, you are entitled to return them. We will arrange for a courier to collect the goods. We can either arrange for a replacement to be sent to your address, we will repair the defect and send the original back to you or provide you with a full refund.

23. The colour of my blind isn’t right, can I get a refund?

Yes, you need to notify us within seven working days of receiving your order that you would like a refund, and we will arrange for a courier to pick it up and bring it back to us. Whilst offering a full refund, we also offer a replacement. You may also request for another colour to be sent out to you.

24. Can I cancel my order?

We accept cancellations up to seven working days after you have placed your order. Once the blind has entered our manufacturing process, we cannot offer a refund.

25. How do I cancel my order?

26. Which type of blind would be best for my bathroom? 

It can be tricky to find blinds for your bathroom. You want them to look stylish but they also need to have practical elements such as being waterproof and creating the right atmosphere for a relaxing bath or shower at the end of a stressful day.

27. Which type of blind would be best for my conservatory? 

Our range of perfect fit blinds, Venetian blinds, vertical blinds and roller blinds are all perfect for conservatories. They’re all made to measure so we can manufacture blinds to suit your needs and sizes. In addition, blinds will help you to keep your conservatory warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

28. Which of your blinds would you recommend for keeping the heat out in the summer? 

All of our blinds are perfect for this purpose. Blinds are great for blocking the sun’s glare and to prevent the room from becoming unbearably hot. Our blackout roller blinds are especially great for nurseries and children’s bedrooms to help your children get a great night’s sleep, especially with more daylight hours in the summer.

29. Which products would you recommend for a child’s bedroom?

We have a wide range of bright and colourful blinds across our roller, vertical and venetian blind ranges. Blackout roller blinds are a great option for a child’s bedroom, helping your child to stay in bed when the sun rises in the early hours and getting them to sleep during the lighter summer nights.
